Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties is the second expansion release for the “Age of Empires III” , the excellent action saga produced and released by Ensemble Studios and Microsoft Game Studios.
This addictive strategy game binds players of all ages and types in epic combat in the Eastern world. In “Age of Empires III: The Asian Dynasties” you are going to lead Japanese, Chinese and Indian civilizations to make their empires grow through the conquering of others reigns.
This release brings some innovations to the already attractive development of the game. The most noticeable new features in the game are the three new empires that will fight to expand their worlds: Japanese, Chinese and Indian. Players will be also able to enjoy some new functions as regards buildings and war strategies.
It is great that the three nations don't only differ a lot from the Western ones but also from each other. Another features is that all three peoples come with a different storyline.
Maybe the biggest innovation is the return of the wonders, used by Eastern people as a sign of greatness for their nations. Also, with the new civilization the buildings have mostly combined functions. Castles give defense and artillery, while barracks sometimes also take care of horses, among other new characteristics that enrich the already catching Age of Empires saga.
Advantages:
- Great graphics.
- Good changes and improvements (though not many).
Disadvantages:
- Not many changes regarding previous versions.
